PAYMENT OPTIONS
To secure your booking you have to pay 50% up front at the time of booking and the balance one week prior to arrival. Credit cards accepted, VISA, MasterCard and EFT payments. Payment for the car hire and equipment please ask by email
CANCELLATION FEES
100% will be charged week prior to arrival
50% will be charged one months prior to arrival
Zero fee will be charged for more than two months
TIPS
Please be so kind and don’t forget about people working in the lodge as they expect some tipping.

RULES
- NO MORE THAN 8 ADULTS AND 8 CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED AT THE LODGE UNTIL PRIOR ARRANGEMENT HAS BEEN MADE. EACH AND EVERY ADDITIONAL GUEST WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO HOTEL RULES.
